| This program was founded by The Flip Zone owner, Stephanie Strout. The program is designed to provide the opportunity for children with special needs to participate in a motor skills program as an affordable alternative of recreational activity. The program combines sensory stimulation, gross motor activities and gymnastics to facilitate learning, and growth in all aspects of human functioning. Furthermore, The Shining Stars Program offers students the opportunity to be integrated in a safe and fun environment with non-challenged students. |
| Cheerleading If you've got spirit, we want to hear it! Cheerleading skills and techniques will include proper stretching and conditioning. Learn about the importance of form, precision, timing and uniformity. A cheerleading squad will be formed for All-Star exhibitions. |
| Gymnastics Let's Tumble! The gymnastics class introduces children to basic gymnastics skills in a self-paced environment. Come ready to have fun as we explore the joy of movement and increase our physical and mental strength through the sport of gymnastics. |
| Fitness Get ready to exercise! This class introduces children to fitness exercises and cardiovascular activity. We use energetic music and games to stimulate the children in various physical exercises. |
